Do I have to pay for customer support?

No! All customers get access to email and chat support, as well as a live onboarding session with our customer advocacy team. If you need additional one-on-one guidance, you can add LivePlan Expert to your subscription, which includes 1:1 video support with a LivePlan specialist.

When is customer support available?

LiveChat is available Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST. Email support is always available and our initial response time is usually about five or six hours.

How do I contact customer support?

You'll find a LivePlan Help menu within the software once you sign in. From there, you'll be able to connect with a member of our team. You can also visit the contact us page on our website or just click the blue 'chat' icon in the bottom-right corner of our website.

What type of support does LivePlan Expert provide?
  • Up to 4 video calls per month (30 minutes each)

  • Limit of 1 call per day

  • Priority Assistance: When you email us, your message is fast-tracked to the top of our queue, ensuring you get expedited attention.

After I sign up, how can I contact the LivePlan Expert team?
  • Call availability: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST
