Product Update: New Pitch Features

Posted By

Our monthly product update is now live. Despite a lighter working schedule over the holidays, the development team did a lot of good work this month on infrastructure upgrades, preparation for upcoming enhancements to the Dashboard, as well as a couple of handy additions to our new pitch feature.

The LivePlan Pitch has been live for a month now, and it has already proven to be a big hit. Users have created more than 3,900 pitches in just over 30 days. Nearly 400 of those pitches are currently published, so that the companies involved can get feedback from friends, advisors, and even, in some cases, the general public. Users have shared their published pitches on Kickstarter, on Twitter, on their own websites and blogs — all over the place.

In tonight’s release, we have added several new sections to the pitch:

  • Describe the sales channels that your company will use to access its market
  • Identify the key marketing activities that will enable you to attract prospects and customers
  • Include other resources that are strategically important to your company, just as partnerships, trademarks, facilities, equipment, and more

What do you think of LivePlan and the trends in our recent feature development? We’d love to hear from you. What works well for you? What would you like to see us tackle next? Just click the Give Feedback button in the app and drop us a quick note.
